Dawn's Tips

Allow Enough Time To Prepare Job
Adequate time now for proofreading will avoid costly changes at blueline stage. Extensive changes that occur late in the project dramatically affect production schedule and final cost.

Order Early
The sooner we get your job into the schedule, the better the ability to deliver when needed. We suggest sending a purchase order. This will enable us to purchase stock and reserve press time.

Confirm Quantity & Page Counts
Changing quantity or page counts may result in a shortage, or the customer being charged for unused stock.

Electronic Art Files
Please take a look at our artwork link, we can save you a lot of time and money with advice on how to prepare your files.

Make Sure Project Arrives On Schedule
If you miss your allotted time, we may not be able to keep the initial schedule. We cannot in good faith delay other projects should yours not arrive as scheduled.

Return Proofs As Scheduled
While we include proofreading time in the proofing process, returning them late may result in a scheduling change. Also, remember to provide any media needed to make changes.

Provide Mailing Files, Lists & Postage Early
Files for ink jetting must arrive a minimum of 5 business days prior to drop date. Mailing labels a minimum of 2 business days, and Postage a minimum of 1 day. Please consult us if you require a live stamp.

Shipping Information
Arranging shipments requires time, especially if a large drop shipment is required. Please advise us of shipping instructions as soon as possible.
